GLOSSOP & DISTRICT CHORAL SOCIETY

Glossop and District Choral Society

Glossop & District Choral Society Membership

The choir (about 90 strong) meets for rehearsals on Monday nights at 7.30 - 9.30pm at Central Methodist Hall, Chapel Street, Glossop [SK13 8AT] under the baton of resident conductor, Chris O'Hara.

The choir normally performs two major concerts per year, in May and November, plus a carol concert in December.

Rehearsals for the spring concert normally run from early January to late May and for the autumn concert from early September to December.

Full year membership - £50 (concessions for senior citizens, students etc.)

New members are always welcome. Although the choir maintains a high standard of musicianship among its members, auditions are not required.

If you are interested, then please come along on a Monday night and make yourself known or contact
